Chef Houcine Setee began his journey in the world of pastry in Casablanca, Morocco where he received his training and certification.  Always wanting to gain knowledge and enhance his areas of expertise, he aspired and attained a multitude of experiences.  From Morocco to Spain, where he concentrated on the viennoiserie to Dubai where he inspired the creation of a new pastry shop and remained there to develop and enhance it.  His next destination was Paris, France where he mastered high quality and sophisticated French pastries.  The states came calling  next, and Chef Setee moved to New York where he created and led a team of 15 in a large-scale French pastry shop.  Currently, Chef Setee resides in Toledo, Ohio where he serves as the Executive Pastry Chef of So Sweet Pastries.  Chef Setee brings a wealth of knowledge, skills, and an ever-increasing area of expertise.  Areas of passion include wedding cake design, chocolate bon bons, chocolate decoration making, sweets table design, and a high level of expertise in individual gateaux and entremets.  Chef Setee is always increasing his knowledge by continuously learning and developing with world renowned Chefs - whom he calls his closest friends.  We invite you to enjoy the world of pastry with Chef Setee!
