
Here are the steps to perform Sheetali Pranayama:
Sit in a comfortable position with your spine straight.
Close your eyes and relax your body.
Hands can be open on your lap or in Chin mudra pointer to thumb
(Or Shuni Mudra like I demo here with my middle to thumb.. it's my own practice for intuition, 3rd eye. What's your goal?)
Roll your tongue in the hot dog shape as practices outside of your mouth (slightly curling it inward)
Inhale slowly and deeply through your mouth, allowing the air to flow over your tongue and cool your body.
Bring the tongue in, close your mouth and relax your tongue, exhale through the nose.
Continue inhaling and exhaling in this way for a few minutes.
When you are finished, take a few deep breaths through your nose.
Slowly open your eyes and return to your normal activities.
