    You think you are 'just' working on a retail sales floor? Think again! You work in a very exciting industry: Fashion. Something people want and desire. Fashion makes the wearer feel better, change their outlook and confidence. It is your job to guide them to the best possible options.

    This course will teach you how to best judge customers, pay attention to their hair and eye color and choose garments accordingly, find the most flattering garments for their figure and give them the add-ons they need to feel confident.

    You are also the face of a fashion store. Without you, it is just a room with a rack and clothing items. You are the one who has the power to make or break the store's success. You are the one who represents the collections and brands inside the shop. It is you who can convince the customer to look their personal best with the merchandise that is stocked in the store you work at.

    If a customer is happy with your service, they will return and spread the word about you and the store amongst their friends which is the best advertising for any store owner.

    Maybe you even become friends and what better access to the rich and famous than a fashion store. It can be your platform to become the stylist or assistant to someone famous and jet in a private jet to fabulous events around the world.

  4. Finishing touches: shoes, accessories, add-ons, fibres and fabric, handling complaints, lighting and shop set-up.
