Description
Do you know how powerful self-love is? It's at the very core of what we do, how we speak, the actions we take, or the ones we don't. It shifts our energy, attitude, and how we experience life.
When was the last time you thought about loving yourself? Not in the "spa day" kind of way (though that's never a bad thing). We tend to dismiss self-love and personal development, calling it "self-help" and laughing it off. When the truth is that doing the work to look within takes courage, being vulnerable enough to admit that you're not perfect takes courage. The question I challenge you to ask yourself is: Are you brave enough?
This course helps those who don't take that time to care for themselves start a practice. It can also support those who are experts as an active reminder. At the end of the day, we could all work on loving ourselves more.
Learn ways to identify what part of you needs more love, how to increase that, and daily practices to grow towards a loving sense of self. After completing this course, you'll notice a distinct change in how you think, approach each day, and will hear things in a new, enlightened way.
