The video course “Watercolor trip to Italy” is a step-by-step tutorial made by Ukrainian watercolorists: Andrej Gerasimyuk (ranked in TOP20 world’s watercolorists) and Vitalii Dets (finalist TOYP 2014). The tutorial shows how just in 3 steps, you can learn to paint Italian landscapes with watercolor. The authors share their expertise and secrets of watercolor techniques in the form of 3 step-by-step interactive lessons. Video-course includes different techniques: wet-in-wet, dry, masking etc. Those are 3 of 16 lessons extracted from the book "Watercolor trip to Italy". So if you have the book, you can paint directly in it.

Prior to the creation of the book and video course, our artists embarked on multiple journeys to capture the essence of Italy. They carefully curated the most picturesque locations, resulting in over 50 stunning watercolor paintings. From this selection, they handpicked the most suitable artworks and meticulously crafted step-by-step instructions, which are now included in the final version of the book.
About authors:
Andrej Gerasimyuk, born in 1970, is a renowned Ukrainian watercolor painter who holds an esteemed position among the world's top 20 artists according to the Kuzema ranking. His exceptional talent has been recognized through numerous accolades, including being a multiple-time finalist in the Artist's Magazine competition and the prestigious XXI Century Watercolor Open Competition organized by the Royal Watercolor Society, where he ranked in the top 100 out of 16,000 participants. Additionally, he has been honored as Artist of the Month in the USA.
Vitali Dets, born in 1981, is an innovative Ukrainian artist who developed a unique method for learning painting in just one day, making him the pioneer of this approach in Ukraine. Since 2005, over 10,000 amateur artists have successfully created their own paintings within a single day under his guidance in his studio. Vitalii has incorporated his effective learning method into the book "Watercolor trip to Italy," offering a simplified and accessible way to master watercolor painting.

Instructor
Vitali Dets (born in 1981) – Ukrainian artist, who invented his own method to learn painting within one day. He is the first to have started it in Ukraine. Since 2005, more than 5000 amateur artist created their own paintings within one day in his studio. He is a finalist of TOYP of Ukraine 2014 for personal achievements for this method. Vitali implemented his experience in the video-course “Watercolor trip to France” to simplify learning.
His achievements:
1. Since 2000 he created more than 800 oil paintings, participated in exhibitions in Ukraine and Italy. His works are in private collections in Germany Spain, Italy, Ukraine;
2. He has 2 educations in managment and marketing, received in Berlin (MBA) and Ukraine;
3. He speaks fluently 7 languages: English, Russian, Ukrainian, Italian, Spanish, French, German;
4. He plays guitar, piano and has more other achievementes in different fields due to his fast learning method;
5. He teaches oil painting more than 15 years.
15 лет опыта в обучении живописи
Украинский художник (1981 года), известный своим методом быстрого обучения живописи за один день. Он является одним из первых, кто начал такие мастер-классы в Украине. Начиная с 2005 года, более 5000 людей создали свои первые картины в его студии.
Финалист конкурса TOYP 2014 за создание уникальной методики.
По некоторым исследованиям, внедрение этой методики вызвало резонанс - более 1 млн. человек за период с 2005 по 2017 хоть один раз занимались живописью. Многие студии использовали подобный подход и провели многочисленные мастер-классы. Виталий проводит мастер-классы по живописи в Италии и Германии.
Другие личностные достижения
Виталий Дець в совершенстве владеет пятью иностранными языками (Английский, Немецкий, Французский, Испанский, Итальянский), получил второе высшее образование в области маркетинга, менеджмента и экономики в одном из лучших европейских университетов в Берлине, играет на гитаре и фортепиано, танцует, занимается скульптурой, в свое время возглавлял собственную студию web-дизайна, реализовал немало успешных проектов в девелопменте недвижимости, серьезно занимается спортивной гимнастикой. Всё, что знает и умеет Виталий – заслуга его собственной методики самообразования, благодаря которой он способен эффективно овладевать новыми умениями в невероятно короткие сроки. Сотрудничество с Андреем Герасимюком
Идея создания первой книги "Акварельное путешествие по Италии" возникла тогда, когда Виталий взял пару мастер-классов по акварели у Андрея Герасимюка, который обладает уникальным опытом в живописи акварелью. Виталий усовершенствовал свой уровень акварели буквально за пару недель, после чего записал весь алгоритм быстрого обучения, будучи в роли студента, и создал эффективную методику.

Финалист (в пятерке лучших из 60000 акварелистов) конкурса "XXI Century Watercolor Open Competition", организованного Британским Королевским обществом акварелистов. Первая успешная книга и создание видео-курса
Идея Виталия передать столь ценные знания в акварели реализовалась в 2016 в первой книге "Акварельное путешествие по Италии". Уже за год, более 2500 человек написали свою первую акварель в этой книге. Собрав feedback от читателей, авторы книги усовершенствовали следующую книгу "Акварельное путешествие по Франции" и создали одноименный видео-курс с подробным описанием процесса создания акварелей. Нужно отметить. что Андрей впервые делится своими знаниями в форме видео-курса и мастер-класса.
