Follow along to create a colorful watercolor bird, starting with a light pencil sketch, then washes and layered blues, greens, and pinks for vibrant feathers.
Apply light water washes to the wings and body using diluted cobalt blue, ultramarine blue, orange, and yellow ochre to depict two little birds.
Paint a blue parakeet using layered blue washes, ultramarine and cobalt blues, and light blues, then add background textures, splatters, and final details like the eye, beak, and branches.
Learn to paint a vibrant macaw with a watercolor wash, layering crimson red, orange, yellows, greens, and blues, then refine with fine lines and a soft background.
Paint an abstract watercolor peacock from a single line drawing, using cobalt blue, ultramarine, emerald green, and lemon yellow. Use washes and directional strokes to render feathers.
Create an abstract watercolor pigeon using a cobalt blue background wash, splatter techniques, and layered dark tones, then add eye, beak, and wing details with careful color blends.
