Moscow Mule Copper Cup

It is recommended to store water overnight in a copper cup or jug and drink at least one cup first thing in the morning for maximum benefit. Water needs to be in the copper vessel for at least 16 hours. Use filtered or tap water. Enjoy copper water up to 3 times a day, up to 3 cups total. You don't need to overdo it. I find 2 cups of copper water per day is plenty for me. Start with 1-2 cups for a few months and work your way up.
