The warrior practice is comprised of immune boosting, energizing, strength and endurance building exercises.
Regular practice keeps you healthy and fit.
Pay close attention to each movement.
Try to keep up with the pace but you can do it slower when you are first starting with these movements.
It is best to do the full set but you could always slow down, take a breathing break and then come back and continue.
You don't have to complete the entire workout in the beginning if its too hard, go only as far as you can.
You will notice that your lung capacity and breathing will improve when practicing this everyday and then eventually you will be able to do the full workout.
Take it slow, your body takes time to adapt to the different movement patterns.
Now let's get started !
First Set of the workout routine
Second Set of the workout routine
Third Set of the workout routine
Fourth Set of the workout routine
It was nice teaching this practice to you and helping you take the first steps towards your good health.
I hope you enjoyed the course and would like to learn more.
This is just a beginning, there is a world for you to explore and learn the wisdom in ancient martial arts.
Hope to see you in more classes in the future.
Thank you
