Quarter Time! Just like how on a clock, we refer to something as "quarter to" or "quarter after," same thing goes with Same Direction Quarter Time Antispin Flowers! You will want to keep your hoops 15 minutes away from one another to keep them in Quarter Time.

Iso v Pendulum & Variations- One hoop isolates, the other follows in a pendulum type motion, keeping your hands together.

This is a 1 hand, 2 hoop pattern that creates a figure 8. I love this trick, and it's pretty easy! You just want to make sure that you are drawing straight lines across the center of the grid to make it look clean. This is a good starter trick to learn how isos and extensions can be put together to create neat patterns.
