Viva Goals Essentials

Learn how to use Viva Goals, a part of the Microsoft Viva suite that focuses on setting, tracking, and achieving organizational goals using OKRs.

Microsoft certified trainer Tim Blake will demonstrate the features of Viva Goals and how to use them. As Tim navigates the interface, you’ll view the admin and organizational settings and team structure and see how to create new teams and manage team settings.

You’ll learn the key components of goal setting, the benefits of OKRs, and how to establish effective goals. You’ll also learn to create OKRs and initiatives and manage your OKRs by updating key results, exporting data, and using the search function.
