For several years I worked globally within the automobile industry as a team development coach.
In 2017 I opened my own company RemoteDynamic. With my company, I support remote teams to engage, enhance communication and identify with their team, company, and product.
How do I do that? With virtual team development workshops. In a 90-minute live workshop the team comes together online (where else, that is where they work daily, so that is where they form a team) and with various team development tools and techniques, we work on the problems the team is facing. Like in a traditional workshop with a flipchart and post-its, but with an online whiteboard and a lot of time and money saved thanks to no traveling time and costs.
The work standard of the future is going to be remote. That is why we will form your team remote too.
