What you will call yourself is another key to your success!
Remember these points:
People won't always understand your title, if it's too broad.
You need to resonate & relate with your client (or potential client).
What you offer/what you are doing needs to be super obvious - use your title to help with this!
This is your business - you can call yourself what you want!
It will take testing. Each client/project/person is different. If at first you don't get the conversion you want, try and try again!

I want to add something to the last lesson, and there's a reason I'm keeping it separate.
I just told you all the professional, business reasons you need to have policies in place. But, now I want to tell you a few things that may mold how you see that.
I really, really believe that another two things that are a HUGE reason why I've been so successful are:
My ability to be reached almost all the time.
My response rate.
So, maybe those two things can sort of be mended together, but you get the point.
Throughout my career so far, I have made communication and a high response rate a huge priority.
If a client has an issue and they need to get in touch with me, I'm not going to ignore talking to them just because it's outside of my business hours. Now, if it's something minute like a new job or something not deathly important at the moment, I may hold off til morning.
But, if there is an emergency or there is something that someone needs right away, I do try my best to get back to them as soon as I can.
I have made it clear to my clients what my policies are, especially when it comes to the hours I work (I fixed that mistake!). But, I also tell them that if there is an emergency and I am able, I will try my best to get back to them even if it's after-hours.
Being available and being there for my clients has made the world of a difference. I encourage you to consider being there for your clients after-hours, but always stand firm on your main policies first. Anything extra you do is just that - extra. Your clients will know where you stand, but still appreciate it when you help them outside of normal hours.
Don't cut yourself off from people and create a harsh line, because that may just end up hurting your business in the long run.
Remember to make your brand and style unique, simple and relatable!
Here are two of my favorite resources to help you brand and design:
Canva Design School - great for learning how to brand/design!
Creative Market- Teriffic for getting fonts, elements and style ideas to go into your project!
Do You Want to Make Money in Your Pajamas?
Becoming a Virtual Assistant was the best choice of my life. I'm here to show you how you can start and grow your Virtual Assistant business to places you never imagined.
It Happened For Me...
It Can Happen For You
As a mom, it was so important for me to be able to stay at home with my son while still running a business.
Being a Virtual Assistant allowed me do that, while making more money than I ever dreamed.
Yeah, but you don't understand . . . I'm too busy for any of this. I can barely brush my teeth as it is!
Trust me, I get it! Having my first son in 2018 definitely changed things for me. But, it also made me stronger and able to coach even better.
Usually, when I hear this statement, I know the perfect fit for you - it's 1:1 coaching.
Why? Because you don't have time to focus on a course or a private group. You need someone there that's cheering you on personally. You need someone you can cry with, celebrate with and get frustrated with. You need someone who won't sugarcoat things, and that makes sure you get your stuff done, while growing your business through the roof.
And that's exactly what you get with me.
