Guidelines to receive the attunementes

To receive the remote attunement, I recommend to choose a quiet place where you can sit or lie down in a comfortable position for 20-25 minutes, making sure you are not disturbed for the necessary time.

It is possible to listen soft music if you like, light an incense stick and a candle.

Close your eyes and state mentally or aloud your intention to receive the attunement:

"I am open and ready to receive the attunement OF THE VIOLET FLAME OF ARCHANGEL SACHIEL  from Ted”

Then relax and let the attunement take its course.

During attunement, you may feel sensations of heat or coolness, tingling or numbness.

It is possible to perceive colours or energies all around.

It is also possible not to perceive anything in particular.

The attunement will still be effective, regardless of your perceptions.

If you want, you can focus your attention on the 7th chakra by visualizing a brilliant and pure white light flowing into it.

Imagine that the light fills it with the purest love and joy, then visualize the light descending and flowing into the 6th chakra and filling it with the same purity.

Visualize the light progressively descend and flow within each chakra up to the first.

Finally imagine that the light, coming down through your legs, comes out of your feet and forms roots that penetrate the earth.

Then visualize the same light, coming from the Universe and flowing directly through all the chakras, filling them with peace, love, a sense of protection and well-being, to then come out and be absorbed by the earth.

Doing this exercise, while receiving attunement, will allow you to maintain a connection with the physical dimension and feel regenerated and invigorated after attunement.

Most of the attunements last about 15 minutes but these times may vary, so don’t have rush, when you feel that the attunement is over, open your eyes and get up slowly.

It is advisable to drink plenty of water and do daily self-treatments in the days following the attunement.
