This step-by-step tutorial will give you the tools to collect vintage on any budget, wherever you live. Welcome to the worldwide vintage fashion revolution!
This course is all about vintage fashion, and you will learn the many aspects for collecting vintage; we will be going into detail on how to find and buy vintage pieces at the right prices, as well as how to care for your vintage fashion pieces. This is a highly visual course, and I show examples from my own collection, featuring pieces from the 1920s right up to the 1980s. I will share my 20 years of vintage fashion knowledge with you so that you can use this course for yourself or to start a vintage fashion business. This is a real insider's look at the industry, and an opportunity to learn how to turn your passion for vintage fashion into a profitable business, if that is a direction you would like to go in.
This course is written and designed with the idea that you have little or no experience of buying or selling vintage. There are absolute gems of information in this course, as well as a lot of beautiful photos and videos of true vintage pieces from my collection, including model photoshoots as well as professional images of individual pieces. There are sections on where to find vintage, how to check if it is truly old, and tips on how to negotiate a good price, and how to get a stand at a vintage show. We also go into the storing solutions and kit needed for vintage fashion, and have included a “decade by decade” illustrated guide to fashion and much much more! There are also PDF cheat sheets for you to keep on these various elements in the course.
