Description

This course will teach you how to build your first Vex Robot using the Vex PIC microcontroller. This includes, detailed steps on how to build the robot, how to download RobotC to your computer, how to code using RobotC, and how to write the code for this robot, download it, and test it! This course is for middle/High School students who have no experience with the Vex platform. I will teach you how to build your very first robot and show you every step of the building process. I even include an Instruction Packet PDF which has written instructions with pictures as an extra supplement to the video tutorials. The materials you will need are outlined in detail in the Instruction Packet, but a standard classroom Vex kit should have all the materials you need to be able to construct your first Vex robot.  Other than that, a good work station/table is all you really need! There are 13 instructional videos which are about 1 hour in total. The first 8 are focused on the construction of your first robot, while the last 5 focus on programming in RobotC and testing your robot. In addition, please feel free to message me with any questions or concerns you have and I will get back to you as quickly as possible! Thank you!
