Description
This is a VEGAN BAKING COURSE which means no eggs, dairy or any other animal products.
I pursue a holistic approach, so here are whole food and plant-based ingredients, nothing artificial or refined (NO white wheat flour, sugar, and oil). The recipes are also Gluten-Free and do not require a specific gluten-free flour blend.
This makes the cakes nourishing and well-balanced for macro and micronutrients. It also decreases their calorie density compared with regular cakes.
Here we use simple kitchen utensils like a blender, stove, oven, whisk etc. Nothing special and expensive!
In this course, we will go down different parts of the cake: sponge cakes, creams, and fillings.
You will learn and practice basic recipes of:
vanilla sponge cake
carrot sponge cake
chocolate cake
vanilla cream frosting
chocolate cream
berry marmalade
crunchy brittle
+ Custard Cream Tart with raspberries (which is also broken down into 2 parts: custard cream and shortbread crust).
As a result, you will be able to make any cake that comes to your mind because now you have the basic recipes!
Say you want to make a piña colada cake, you take the vanilla sponge cakes, add the coconut into vanilla cream and make the pineapple filling. Basic recipes + your imagination = 20+ different cakes and cupcakes !
Every recipe has its own recipe card for your convenience which you can download, print or open on any device.
Most of the recipes can be done in 1 bowl/ pot/ blender and require minimum effort and skills from you.

Hi, there!
My name is Angelina, I am a WFPB pastry chef who started the first vegan bakery in Tel Aviv, Israel. I am also a Plant-based Nutritionist and a Holistic Health Coach.
I love sweets and I love my body. And usually, both can’t stay together. I wanted to declare that it can! You can eat sweets and other comforting foods yet stay lean and healthy. The secret is the ingredients. We are going to use simple and affordable plant-based products which can help prevent diseases & and lead to a fulfilling, fun and long life without deprivations.
I’ve learnt over the years how to make nourishing, balanced and 100% plant-based cakes. I went further and hid some veggies in there ? ? but you’ll never tell that by the taste? I’ve implemented these recipes in my Malinka Sweets Bakery and now I’m willing to share them with you.
