Elissa Swift is a health care management and strategy professional with a mix of U.S. and European experience in value based health care program research, analysis, conceptualization and implementation. While living in New York, Elissa was responsible for leading the management and direction for the implementation of value based payment insurance contracts for a group of physicians affiliated with the New York Presbyterian Hospital system. At the New York City Department of Health, Elissa led further value based health care initiatives with particular focus on value based insurance design. Now based in Paris, Elissa has contributed to projects related to experimentation with alternative payment models launched by the French government in 2018, as well as pan-European value based health care initiatives. Elissa lectures at ESSEC Business School, SciencesPo, and the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Santé Publique, and holds degrees from Columbia University, UCLA, and the London School of Economics.
