Partiremo dalla teoria per cercare di capire cosa studia uno UX designer, per addentrarci in lezioni sempre più pratiche man mano che andrai avanti. Scopriremo quali domande fare in una riunione col cliente, come individuare i competitor, il target e le personas del progetto che ti è stato sottoposto. Creeremo insieme una customer journey e infine faremo una sitemap e i nostri primi wireframe.
Mi vedrai realizzare questi strumenti come se stessi accanto a me in una normale giornata di lavoro: insomma, parleremo di tutto quello che ti serve per imparare questa professione.
