Description

This course will show you vocabulary acquisition techniques that will help you to learn 1000's of words quickly and effectively. You will learn how to use the most important roots and prefixes. You will also learn an amazing way to use words you already know to learn word parts and to use those parts to decode words which you need to know. If you are studying for any spelling or vocabulary competition, roots and prefixes will help you to learn, spell, and memorize words faster. Our secret is that we teach students to use words they already know to learn the parts of words they need to know. Then students use their knowledge of Latin and Greek word parts to decode words accurately.

When students learn how to analyze words, then memorizing words becomes easier. Latin and Greek word parts form nearly 80% of all English words. Our mission is to inspire and equip students to think analytically about the structures of sounds, words, and sentences so that they can speak, read, and write with confidence and excellence.
