Let me introduce you to the concept of the wall.
As you build your VA business, you’ll constantly be looking for ways to stand out from the crowd. One way to do that is to become a "known" resource to your clients. Just imagine how your clients will feel and think about you when they know that you are the go-to person for all things related to the VA industry? That’s right, you’ll be their best resource and number one pick for a position.

Let's look at a few popular tweet formats.
The searchbar is awesome, and functions similarly to Google Search. It helps to play around with keywords, different phrases, and hashtags in order to get different results.
Using hashtags is another great way to yield some different search results.
Advanced search allows you to tailor search results to specific date ranges, people and more. This makes it easier to find specific tweets or topics.
Twitter Lists allow you to customize, organize and prioritize the Tweets you see in your timeline.
Pitching clients is a skill, and in this lecture, we'll practice pitching (1) someone who reaches out to you directly and (2) a total stranger!
A crucial element to landing a client is to practice what you're going to pitch to them ahead of time. Let's look at the process now, including a few examples.
A TON of work in the VA industry is from referrals from other virtual assistants. Let's briefly discuss how and why this approach works so well.
Wrapping up!
Creating a meaningful presence and connecting with the right audience - one who will be open to doing business with you - can be a game changer as a virtual assistant!
This course is dedicated to helping you create a profile and develop an "X" growth strategy that will propel both your brand and your freelance business forward!
*Although this course was designed with virtual assistants in mind, all freelancers can benefit from the lessons.*
Why X?
There are over 330 million monthly active users on X! In fact, over 6,000 tweets are shared every second. If that doesn't impress you, perhaps this will.
Twitter conducted their own study and found that users on the platform are
more likely to discover new things,
more open-minded,
early adopters of new services and products.
This is great news for VAs like you and me looking to work with early-adopters and remote-work champions.
This course is for you if:
You already have a good idea of the types of clients you want to work with
You've already launched your VA business and you're looking for your first / more clients
You know things like what services you offer and how much you charge
This course is NOT for you if:
You are thinking about getting into VA work
You haven't started your business yet
You don't know what types of people or clients you want to work with
You don't know what services you want to offer yet
X is all about connection and engagement. Your future clients are active and they want to hear from you (in both fun ways and professionally). So if you're ready to jump on the Twitter-train and use it to help you grow your VA business, you're in the right place.
