    This is a difficult setup as ocean front condos often are.

    The Subject of the surveillance never left his community but he did go to the pool for exercise.  This is based on an alleged injury case.

    Sometimes a PI will pull up on a case while the Subject is active and will need to quickly assess the setup for filming.

    How to avoid having to enter a gated community.  This Subject's home was located on a street that was not conducive to a direct surveillance setup.  The PI choose  to conduct the entire surveillance from outside of the community.
