Are you an aspiring real estate agent, mortgage broker, salesperson, or startup entrepreneur who has struggled with low self-esteem (LSE) or lack of self-confidence?
Did you know that approximately 90% of new real estate agents drop out of the business in their first year? That is a staggering number and it's not because the majority of agents planned to fail, they simply failed to plan - and I'm not speaking of sales techniques, cost of living savings for the first year ramp up period, I'm talking about getting the right mindset before starting that first year. It's the one thing that most other coaches and trainers either fail to mention or underplay its importance.
If you answered yes, then this course is for you. After teaching residential real estate sales and marketing education to over 30,000 students over the past five years, and struggling with this myself, I realized that many aspiring salespeople are sabotaged by limiting beliefs (including me, for almost 30 years!). So, I decided to do something about it by creating a prequel series of five courses to prepare you (and me) to become a successful "Entrefluential Agent" and prosperous business owner.
We start the series by learning how to create a YOU 2.0 using a set of positive morning/daily rituals that will bolster your self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-worth, and then I help guide you to reverse engineer your "BEST LIFE NOW!" (from mindset to manifestation).
Here's how the Up! series works:
Course 1: Up! Foundations. This course is about getting your mindset right so that you are mentally equipped to develop a book of business that will help you achieve financial success with predictability; it will help you strengthen your self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-worth so that you can crush it in real estate sales (or as a sales professional in any industry)!
Course 2: Up! The Entrefluencer's Personal Growth Plan. In this course, I will help you learn new success-building routines and habits that will serve you in attracting clients and winning deals. I've taken the framework and key elements within the writings of Brendon Burchard's High Performance Habits, Steven Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Napoleon Hill's "Self-Confidence Formula" from Think and Grow Rich, Earl Nightingale's "12 Success Principles," wisdom from James Allen's As a Man Thinketh, Bob Proctor's teachings on the law of attraction and the power of manifestation, and my own personal experiences using these powerful and real laws, adopting meditations, affirmations, and self-reflection in my own personal life - particularly as a result of having been sick with both COVID-19 and Shingles in 2020. I also share with you my insights on the importance of community from research that I conducted in 2019-2020, and invite you to join my two Facebook Groups: Up! Together (for aspiring "entrefluential" real estate agents and sales professionals to gather together, share success tips, motivation and inspiration, to be a light to each other and to the world) and Grow Your Real Estate Portfolio (for aspiring and seasoned real estate investors who share helpful tutorials and guidance on CRE investment analysis and growth strategies).
Course 3: Up! The Entrefluencer's Professional Growth Plan. By completing this course, you'll be able to identify where you are and where you want to be, develop a plan of action to bridge the gap between those two points by reverse engineering your life journey, gaining clarity of purpose. You will learn how to use the mastermind principle, identify the processes and systems you should be using in your business to (i) scale up your output, (ii) systematize your workflows, and (iii) outsource or delegate as much of the workload as possible to gain back time and freedom, while keeping your revenue streams growing. Put another way, you will better manage your business affairs at the enterprise level with much more proficiency and less time, while earning more profits.
Course 4: Up! Ignite Your Fire. In this episode, you will receive guidance and inspiration to take massive action in your business. You will learn how to leverage social media to become a "celebrity real estate agent" to maximize your scalability and so you can start adding on multiple income streams that are tied to your celebrity influencer brand. People will come to you for advice and guidance as you elevate your position of authority. The intention here is to guide you to become obsessed with building a solid book of business for yourself, to share what you are learning with agents who will work for you as you step into a leadership role and begin managing others, helping them build their personal brands, and capturing a piece of the profit share for your leadership, guidance and momentum. It's time to light your fire - one that is catching onto others!
Course 5: Up! Serenity. Now that you have lit your business up, profited at a high level, and have truly mastered the art of entrefluence, you will realize that you have reached the peak of the iceberg. You've moved Up! But you have one last (and possibly the most important) lesson to learn - how to master yourself. The goal of the serenity course is to remind you of the importance of pausing to meditate, to reflect, to achieve calmness and peace of mind on a daily basis. I will show you how I am implementing this in my life, in case you want to adopt my routines and resources as your own, and instruct you on how to use this material as inspiration to create your own routines that are a good fit for you. In this final episode of the Up! series, you will learn how to remove anxiety, anger, frustration, and stress from your personal and business life to maximize peace and serenity in your daily life so you can always find balance; this is important for the rest of your life journey.
In closing, by completing this series, you will have learned how to start a career in real estate sales (or professional sales in any industry) empowered with the right internal and external instruction manual (with the right mindset, skillset, and habit producing rituals), and you will have also learned to see success as a journey, and become more enlightened on how to enjoy the journey so that you can assuredly end well with a 'Zen-like' energy and the most 'spiritually serene' exit strategy possible. This is truly the essence of "beginning with the end in mind." This is the way of the Entrefluencer.

I began studying real estate in 1994 at Miami Dade College, worked from 2002 to 2010 as a real estate appraiser, and have been licensed in real estate sales since 2006. As a broker/owner, my boutique firm serves investors, buyers and sellers in Jacksonville, Florida with the goal of expanding into 14 FL markets in the next five years.
