We will look at what stress, anxiety and negative thinking are and learn practical techniques to help manage or quieten them down.
This is a six-week course featuring interesting lectures and practical exercises. We will be learning calming breathing techniques, meditation and mindfulness techniques and you will have a specially created hypnosis track to listen to each day before bed to relax you and put your brain into the REM state.
I'll be showing you which parts of your brain create negative thinking patterns and how to switch them off, I'll be teaching you about the nature of stress and the physiological effects of the exercises we'll be working through, I'll be showing you how to empty your 'Stress Bucket'... all while working towards measurable happiness goals.
You will have a great toolkit to use every day to keep your stress levels low and use during difficult times. You can revisit this course any time you are feeling stressed out and overwhelmed.
These are techniques I have used with my private clients in the past and they really work. Everyone found an improved level of happiness and found they had more control of their stress response and negative thinking habits. Many of my clients had miraculous breakthroughs and really turned their lives around.

I’m an intuitive life coach and I also teach meditation and relaxation classes. I use these because they are powerful and everybody can be helped in some way by these techniques. When I was a psychotherapist, I helped clients with all kinds of problems; from clinical depression, OCD and anxiety to confidence and self-esteem issues. I've decided to share the techniques I worked with that got clients results... fast!
Now, I tend to work with people intuitively to help them clear the blocks stopping them from living their best life possible, or their highest timeline. I work with subconscious beliefs, self-directed compassion and energy clearing - I'll be offering some new courses with these techniques soon, so please stay tuned.

I’ve written for The Huffington Post and my work has been featured on several blogs, such as Yogamatter’s blog, Casa De Karma, Ms Health Esteem and also mindfulness expert Rachael Kable’s blog and podcast. In April 2017, the national Spirit and Destiny magazine published a special edition of my book for their readers and interviewed me about the effects of gratitude and positive thinking.
I’ve been in the therapy and self-improvement world for nearly two decades. I used to train complementary therapists and write and teach anatomy and physiology courses, I've been a psychotherapist and now I work with my spiritual gifts and energy to help people.
