She has taught thousands of data analysts, planners, researchers and insight specialists the art and science of finding and telling stories with data.
Caroline has worked with some of the world’s biggest data organisations, such as Ipsos, Kantar and Chime, and corporate data teams at organisations such as Unilever, FT and EE.
Caroline has also taught storytelling courses through partnerships with industry organisations such as The Market Research Society, Chartered Institute of Marketing , ESOMAR and Data IQ.
Prior to setting up Insight Narrator in 2012, Caroline worked in senior insight, research and data roles in the UK and Australia.
