
In this class you will learn to use the new Unity Probuilder and Progrids asset.
Using Unity has always been a great experience but now with Probuilder it has become even better.
Probuilder give you the ability to block out your world and test your gameplay with having to leave the software at all. Blocking out your world is important. Before adding details houses and chairs etc... use Probuilder to get your idea out first.

Unity Changed some of the ways you would install Probuilder. this video will help with that.
NOTE: If you are using Unity LTS 2019.* or 2020.* Then this video is for you.

Goto: Unity3D.com to download Unity Engine
We will learn quickly how to install Probuilder via the Program manager.
For those who are completely new to 3D I will take quickly about Navigating in the 3D space.
Keeping your snapping to a grid helps in many ways. I will show you how Progrids works.
We will create a shape using the shape tool!
The poly tool is a great way to get shape sketched out quickly.
Make your meshed look smooth based on the normals.
Its time to add color to our objects, lets see how that works.
We will add a material / texture to the faces of a object. Lets make this thing pretty.
Its true...you can UV your mesh right in Unity and its awesome.
If you have a mesh form another application but you want it to work with Probuilder...no problem Probuilderize it!
You can mirror objects on the X Y and Z
Combine vertices into one by merging them with this tool.
If you need more polys...subdivide...but don't go over board it will slow your PC down.
The main editing tool for manipulating objects
Polybrush is awesome! its in Beta but its still great.
You can push and Pull your mesh with this tool just like in Z-Brush...Kinda
After pushing and pulling you may need to smooth this out.
Painting on a mesh in unity using vertex solid colors is fun! You can blend too!

If you have a package of trees and grass or any object you can use Polybrush to quickly layout mesh in your scene.
