Understanding and analyzing the lessons in the text from and honest, unbias prospective; while also respecting the importance of worldviews from others, is a key outcome of this course. We must strive to better develop those assigned to our care so that we can build up the Kingdom of God. Students will be led through the foundational aspects and implications of biblical knowledge and leadership. They are then encouraged to explore and reflect on the many dimensions that encompasses Christian leadership. They will be challenged to apply what they have learned to their own areas of service to God and His people. Furthermore, they are then encouraged to take the message that they received from this course beyond the walls of the church, regardless of size. It's all about sharing the message and putting their learning to action.
