Description

Most of the courses on ISO 22301:2019 teach 'how to implement' (through the Implementer/ Lead Implementer courses) or 'how to audit' (through the Internal Auditor/ Lead Auditor courses).

This is the first course that teaches 'what' must be done by creating the most comprehensive list of documents to be produced over this journey.

This is based on my own journey of about 2 decades in this domain where I have played multiple roles including implementer, trainer, consultant, author, assessor, auditor, thought leader, speaker etc. This also includes my experience of having gone across multiple companies, countries, industry sectors, and cultures.

The course design and content are based on my experience of creating over 50 world-class courses (online, classroom, e-learning) out of which 10 are copyrighted to me.

The journey is based on talking through each clause and sub-clause, explaining how and what a document is required explicitly (less than 10% are as in the standard) and implicitly (90%) which is the huge value in the course for the participants whether they are experienced ones or starting their journey or even students from any stream of education, pursuing any specialization.

Like all other courses that I have produced, this one also comes with my commitment to respond to all queries even after the course – this ensures continual learning as well.

I assure the participants of a lifetime experience through this course.
