I'm the founder of THINK-STRESS and creator of the THINK-STRESS Education Program. My professional background is extensive and includes formal qualifications in architecture, science, project management, education, business management, and more recently in Stress Management and Relaxation Therapy. Since 2016 I have dedicated my time to studying and conducting research in the area of personal stress management. I designed and developed the THINK-STRESS Education Program hoping that it will help anyone who recognises that unmanaged stress can have a negative impact on the quality of their life. By learning to manage your stress, you're not trying to completely eliminate it, but to take control of it, and to reduce its potential negative impact on you. I am passionate about this program.
