Chynelle realized that most weight loss hopefuls suffered from the lack of knowledge of healthy eating and the abundance of fad diets running rampant in the fitness and health world. In response, she has made it her mission to teach as many people as possible that healthy eating does not have to be tedious or complicated. Instead, she believes that healthy eating should be simple and sustainable for anyone who desires to put their health first.
In addition to being the CEO of Fit to Eat Nutrition, Chynelle is currently certified by NASM in portion control and nutrition coaching. In addition, she currently has a podcast Fit to Eat Nutrition: The Radio Show, and runs a Youtube book club focusing on mental health and personal development.
