When I ask you to think about the abundance of the colour green and where it is most prevalent, where do your thoughts turn to?

Probably the most common meanings for green are derived from nature, where green is in abundance. However, the meaning you attribute to green may depend on other factors such as where you live or your beliefs.

In this video we’re not talking about the renewable type of green energy that is definted as collected from renewable resources that are naturally replenished on a human timescale. Rather we’re looking closer to home to your personal green energy and more.

Having explored purple, you might be asking, “what is violet?” Surely it’s just another hue, tone or shade of purple, is it not?

Can you determine where the meanings for both violet and purple overlap and where violet attracts its own special meanings?
