  • There is no prerequisite for this course

This course introduces the basics about diabetes and shows you how to manage diabetes at home. The course is created by an endocrinologist who is inspired by real life questions from patients over the years. Therefore, the course is structured and the topics are selected based on commonly asked questions from patients. Meanwhile, many theoretical details are omitted or simplified so the information is not overwhelming for patients. The course consists of many short videos (1 to 7 minutes). We will cover several topics including diabetes basic knowledge, checking blood sugar, diet, hypoglycemia, insulin and diabetes medication. The course will continue to be updated

You can also find my free app "Help My Diabetes" in Google Play store and Apple store (search "help my diabetes" in Google play store or Apple store). I created this app to let you ask any questions on your mind about diabetes and the app will match your questions with the relevant answers. You also have the option of sending me question directly through "feedback" in the app.
