I’m an Enterprise Agile Coach with a strong software development background. I help teams in big companies practice agile, so they can be more efficient at creating great products for their clients.
I’ve worked with many teams and leaders from multiple countries, such as Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, China, & Thailand - leading organisation-wide changes to create enjoyable working culture & ultimately deliver better products using Agile.
My first contact with Agile happened in 2012, when the company I was working with as a Software Developer went through an Agile transformation. It was during that time that I had first-hand experience in actually working as part of a team who had to transition to Agile. Now obviously there were setbacks & challenges in the process, but overall, I personally found a much more positive & engaging working experience ever since moving to Agile.
Now from that very experience, I also learned many valuable insights from practicing Agile in the real-world. If these insights are useful to me, I feel they would also be valuable for others - And that’s also the main reason I decided to become an Agile Coach, so I can pass on the knowledge I’ve learned, as others have passed on to me before. That way I can also help others in their journey to become Agile.
