What if painting became more than just a creative activity—what if it became a tool for healing, self-discovery, and transformation?
In this class, you’ll learn how to explore, process, and gently transform your emotions through creative expression.
What you’ll learn
How to access and express deeper emotions through painting
Ways to work with heavy feelings instead of avoiding them
How to use symbolism to reshape your inner stories
Techniques to connect with your subconscious mind
How to transform your inner critic so it no longer blocks your creativity
How to create a personal visual talisman representing your healing journey
This course includes three parts:
1. Transformative Painting (From Pain to Healing)
You’ll learn a simple, intuitive exercise to access emotions that feel stuck, heavy, or difficult to express.
All you need is watercolour paint and a willingness to listen to your inner voice.
2. Rewrite Your Story With Symbolism
Discover how symbols can help you reinterpret and transform emotional wounds.
You’ll gain a deeper understanding of symbolism and learn how to use it as a tool for inner change.
3. Ridicule Your Inner Critic
You’ll turn your inner critic into a ridiculous character in a playful way, reducing its power and freeing your creativity.
This class is for you if you are:
drawn to art and want to explore it as a healing practice
an artist looking for deeper emotional expression
curious about your inner world but unsure how to access it
a beginner who feels called to paint, even without experience
You do not need to be “good at art.”
The focus is on the emotional impact of art, not technical art skills.
What you’ll need
a pencil
watercolour paints
openness to explore your inner world
By the end of this class, you’ll have a deeply personal visual piece—a kind of talisman—that reflects your emotional journey, along with tools you can return to whenever you need to process or reconnect with yourself.
You’ll also get:
short painting tutorials
insights into art therapy principles
guidance on understanding and interpreting symbols in your artwork
