Learn all the basic strength training exercises.

These workouts are timed to 30 seconds of exercise 10 seconds of rest.

You will mix some High Impact Cardio exercises into your strength training for the Advanced Workout.

3 strength exercises will be followed by 1 Cardio exercise.


You will need a TRX Suspension Trainer for this Workout.
