I’m Dr. Shelley Meyer, and I created Trust your Gut. I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years, first as a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (which comes in very handy when practicing functional medicine), then as a Doctor of Osteopathy and a Board Certified Family Physician. My desire to look at the whole picture then led me down a path of integrative medicine and I continued my work in functional medicine, becoming Board Certified as a Functional Medicine Provider through the Institute of Functional Medicine.
