Chestnut candy - A rich butter cake with dried Chestnut topped with a crumble crust. the texture combination makes it a delectable treat to serve or eat

Chocolate cake Breton - Chocolate cakes are a cross between a cookie and a brownie, that comes from the Basque region of France. You will learn a Breton with a filling and chocolate dough and a chocolate filling.

Earl Grey Tea cakes and Figs - Earl grey with fig as small cakes characterized by their bar shape with a nutty taste from brown butter. This variation is made with the addition of cherries.

Fruit cakes - A rich fruits cake with lots of soaked fruits and candies with a flakes on the outside. Can be used a s a classic fruits cakes or modern way of presenting it.
