I find that trauma can happen already in the womb or even come with us from earlier life times. In some cases, we work with same trauma over and over again and we find it difficult become free and find our inner joy again.
Trauma is an emotional response to an event or experience that overwhelms a person's ability to cope. Traumatic events can be anything from a car accident, a natural disaster, a physical or emotional abuse, a major loss, or even something as simple as a verbal insult. These events can leave lasting effects on a person's mental and emotional health, leading to a range of symptoms like anxiety, depression, flashbacks, nightmares, and other negative feelings.

Healing from trauma is a process that involves self-care, more awareness about who you are and support. Here are some tips to help you heal from trauma:

  1. Practice self-care: Self-care activities like exercise, meditation, and mindfulness can be helpful in managing symptoms of trauma. Engage in activities that make you feel good and give you a sense of peace and calm.

  2. Build a support system: It's essential to have a support system of people who understand what you're going through and can provide a listening ear when you need it. You can reach out to family members, friends, or support groups to build a network of people who can support you through your healing journey.

  3. Connect with your soul; To be connected with your soul and receive help from a higher awareness of yourself can shift your reality, different soul practices can support you to remember who you really are
