  • Welcome to Everyday Reframing1:04

Changing your world starts with changing your thinking — your approach, the way you show up. Over the next ninety days, can you turn reframing into a daily practice?

  • Everyday Reframing3:23
  • STEP 1. Choose a topic1:14

Every Reframe starts with a topic. What in your life would you like to do differently — a frustration, an ambition, a stuck pattern?

  • STEP 2. Surface and assumption1:45

Why? The simplest and most powerful word in Reframing. What are the hidden beliefs running this part of your life?

  • STEP 3. Construct the extreme opposite2:16

Now flip it. The exact opposite of what you believe. The point is not to convert you — it's to make you doubt.

  • STEP 4: Design a concrete experiment1:55

Now we move from thinking differently to acting differently. The smallest risk and most concrete thing you can try.

Requirements

  • No requirements, just bring an open mind and a burning desire to actively change things in your life.

Description

We all live inside frames. The way we think about our work, our relationships, our money, our time — these are not facts. They are assumptions, often inherited from our parents, our culture, or simply from never having paused to ask why.

Reframing is a four-step method for finding those hidden assumptions, challenging them, and replacing them with something that actually serves the life you want to live. It was developed by philosopher Karim Benammar over twenty years of working with more than a hundred thousand people across Europe — in banks, hospitals, schools, governments, and start-ups.

This course turns that work into a daily practice. Across 90+ short videos — most of them under four minutes — Karim walks you through the method itself: choose a topic, surface the assumption, construct the extreme opposite, design a small experiment. Then he opens up a wide library of examples drawn from work and from personal life. You'll explore reframes for perfectionism, indecision, loss, the joy of missing out, the way we use email, the targets that drive our work, our relationship to money, time, customers, regulators, and our own inner critic.

For the philosophically curious, there are also videos on the underpinnings of the method — Quine on the web of belief, Kuhn on paradigms, Descartes on first principles, and the discipline of clean-sheet redesign.

The course is designed to be watched alongside an active practice: pick one assumption a week, run small experiments, see your patterns shift. The videos are short enough to fit a coffee break, deep enough that you'll keep coming back to them.

Change your thinking, change your world.
