Definition of the “I AM” statements. Whenever someone uses the "I AM", they step into who they want to become, and bring these statements into the present tense. Whatever is said after "I AM" is what you wish to bring in to your reality. So it is important that these statements are positive and affirmed.
Build the Bridge from “REAL” to “IDEAL” – Your real self is who you are today. Your ideal self is who you want to become, who you are striving to be, and who you have a vision to become. The “I AM” statements help you in affirming who you want to become.

The balance wheel exercises help you to gain further clarity on your vision, and to help you to develop a strong usable vision for your life. As you utilize the balance wheels or wheels of life, you can establish which areas of your life you would like to improve.
These additional balance wheels/life wheels are to be used with the exercises in the Wheel of Life Videos and in the Section 2 (Module 1) videos as you create a vision for your life. These wheels of life or balance wheels as they are also called are utilized for you to take an inventory of where you believe your life is right now on a scale of 1-10 (or 0-10). When you divide your life up into various categories, you can evaluate which section or area of your life you would like to work on, and which areas you are most satisfied at the present moment. This helps you to evaluate which areas of life need the most work, and the wheels can also be used to help you when establishing your life vision with regards to how you would like your life to look in your life vision. What does each category look like in your ideal vision of your life?

In this section, we will look at various types of visionboards to evaluate why they may or may not work. Also, in this section we'll look at how different people use visionboards to establish what they want, how visionboards are personal, and how people extract meaning and desires from visionboards. Also, this section is about helping you to infuse your vision board with meaning, desire, and emotion to get the most from it and so you will manifest your desires.
In this video I'll be discussing what to put on your visionboard and what to keep off your visionboard and WHY. This section helps you to get clear on what you want to put on your visionboard and how to find the best photos, pictures, and images for your visionboard so that it stands out to you.
