Description

Learn what to think about when you as a beginner will start to transform your body. Learn about some pitfalls, and some easy basics on how to get started without making it complicated. I go through different types of workouts, and what positive and negative things there could be with different types. You will also learn what is important for you as a beginner to not fail. I have myself tested a lot of different types of workouts and got schedules from both personal trainers and online, and have found some things work, some don't for a beginner. Some meal plans also are too complicated for a beginner so you will learn some basics I have found regarding a good start for your meal plan.

I start with a background of myself and what I have tested, before I go into different types of personal trainer related workouts followed by other types of workout. The course will then go through some things to make you aware of what is important to get everything right for you as a beginner, followed by how important both food and workouts are.

The course will not teach how to do workouts, it will guide you in how you can think when deciding how to do your transformation.
