Dr. Mark Belt graduated from the VCU School of Medicine in Richmond, Va. He then completed an Emergency Medicine Residency in Bronx, NY. Dr. Belt has practiced Emergency Medicine in South Carolina and Georgia for 18 years, holding administrative, teaching and director positions throughout his career. Dr. Belt has always been passionate about physical fitness and nutrition and also became a certified personal trainer. In 2014, after a quest to understand comprehensive well-being, he created a wellness and fitness program that truly brings positive change into people's lives. By helping the Mind to "get out of its head," the Body follows, and great things begin to happen. With further research in math, biochemistry, the subconscious mind, and mental suffering, Dr. Belt recognized that the mind is the key to unlocking the potential of the body. This exploration and research inspired him to document the transformations enjoyed by his clients, which will soon be released in a book. Dr. Belt now provides courses and sessions to help others heal and achieve complete well-being. His aim is to help each individual to live to their full potential as a human being.
