This comprehensive course combines Level I: Shoden and Level II: Okuden, guiding you from foundational self-treatment practices to practitioner techniques, traditional Reiki symbols, and distance Reiki.

Level I: Shoden — The First Degree

Your 21-Day Integration Practice

Following each attunement, students are encouraged to complete a 21-day self-treatment and reflection practice. This period provides time to establish consistent habits, observe personal experiences, work with the Reiki Precepts, and integrate what was learned.

Experiences differ from person to person. Students are encouraged to approach this period with patience, hydration, rest, reflection, and appropriate professional support whenever needed.
