Description

The purpose of the following course is to teach the first 5 Forms of the Original program of Tang lang Chuen (Northern) kung fu style. All these Forms are complete and integral, have not been modified, maintain their respective lineage structure, the course previously presents each form carried out continuously and at normal speed, later the video is shown step by step explaining each movement, its execution and application in a narrated way, each movement perfectly appreciable, presented at normal speed and in slow motion. This course is aimed at both initiated practitioners and kung fu instructors who want to learn forms of the tang lang style, and beginner students who want to start in the world of traditional martial arts, since the course presents the basic positions and kicks. elementary that will serve as an introduction for students of any level or discipline.


The first 5 forms of the northern tang lang, are part of the program up to the green degree since to qualify for the green belt it is required as part of the requirements to have up to Form No. 6, in this course I will be presenting up to No. 5, which which contemplates a valuable resource and extensive material, since to reach the green belt requires at least a couple of years of dedication, and on the other hand, not all schools preserve the Original forms, so this material is of great contribution for those students who have an incomplete program due to the aforementioned. The forms taught and the program that is presented correspond to the lineage of Master Fu Shun Nan, who was one of the great respected Masters of the Tang Lang Chuen style.
