Description
企業經理人(含經營團隊及決策裁示者)最重要的是「如何經營此企業使蒸蒸日上」，無論營業及穫利皆為同業之首為目標，亦需具備不可取代性的核心價值，但其出自兩個存在基本點，即「客戶」和「產品」，兩者必須同時存在，然而「客戶和產品」需要企業組織運作支援，所以需要探討組織如何運作，含「企業價值與經營策略」、「年度經營計畫擬定」、「執行、檢討與因應」，但此為組織上下作業關係，自然產生左右橫向運作的缺陷，故優良企業勢必重視橫向整合機制，稱「管理整合機制」，可提升企業競爭力，然而「客戶和產品」皆需要「人」去執行，故「人力資源管理」顯然成為經營成敗重要因素之一，故以上六大主題，成為現代企業經理人必修課題，亦為本課程規劃的基本思維，期望對各種企業經理人有所助益。
本課程針對企業菁英、經理人、經營團隊成員為授課對象，茲製作課程影音檔上傳學習平台，供所有企業菁英自我學習，此和企業經營現狀同步，為極佳的經營管理活用速成課程。
本全課程分上/中/下 三部份，本課僅為其「中部」。
