Description
This class is aimed at the Quality Assurance of manufacturing parts suppliers， as long as the acceptance of incoming parts，and supplier management matters， The person in charge and the supervisor，who are suitable for reading， This class starts with the concept of「Parts Quality System」， first to break the ice， then to explain in depth in various fields， Including finding the right suppliers and management mechanism、parts acceptance operations、implementation suggestions、 the impact of the production process on the parts Quality，an introduction to common tools / methods for supplier management etc.，Counting the content of six sections，of course，the highest level of incoming material acceptance is inspection-free， and the parts Quality is safe。
The purpose is to improve Quality and efficiency of acceptance mechanism，and to simultaneously optimize Parts Quality，Reduce parts problem， then reduce operating and production costs 。
本課程定位於，製造業料件供應商之品質保證，只要執行入料驗收，及供應商管理事務，其責任者和主管，皆適合閱讀，本課程開始用「料件品質系統」概念，先行破冰，再深入各領域解說，含找對的供應商和管理機制、料件驗收作業、執行面因應建議、生產製程對零組件品質的影響、供應商管理常用工具/方法簡介等，計六節內容，當然最高境界的進料驗收是免檢，且零組件品質無虞。
目的提升驗收機制的品質與效率，並同步優化零組件品質，減少料件問題，及降低營運和生產成本。
