Why I have come up with this course? I have observed that evident gaps exist between skills required and skills acquired by us. We all are good in parts but need to be more holistic in our approach to communication. There are things we feel we know but reality is different from our perceptions. This course will enable the target audience for a 360* learning as far as communication mistakes are concerned. My vision to is to add value to the society with a vital skill for life, i.e., the skill of communication.
