This course is designed to introduce Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) health betterment tips from the perspective of the seasonal and solar terms. Starting from the commencement of spring seasons in the northern hemisphere (4th Feb), students will learn how TCM can help prevent and treat various illnesses associated with the changing seasons.
All students will learn how to identify the signs and symptoms of common seasonal illnesses and how to take preventive measures to maintain good health during this time of the year.
By the end of the course, students will have a understanding of TCM principles and how to apply them to maintain optimal health throughout the changing seasons. They will also be able to identify and manage common seasonal illnesses and take preventive measures to protect themselves and their families.
Prevention is the key to health betterment and I periodically provides updates on the latest development on the health front and what we need to do to mitigate any health issues that may arises from the changes to the weather.

Dr Clement Ng is the Chairman of the Technical Committee on Complementary Medicine and Health Products in Singapore.

Dr Clement Ng is the Head of Delegation of Singapore for ISO TC249, the committee that work on the standardization of TCM for the world.
He is a Certified Blended Coach and he is effectively bi-cultural and bilingual in English and Chinese.

Clement Ng received his Doctorate Degree in Medicine (Chinese Medicine) from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine in China and his MBA in Strategic Management from Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore.
Dr Ng has designed and facilitated bilingual (English and Chinese) TCM and Wellness courses and workshops approved under the Singapore SkillsFuture Training framework. He shares TCM and Acupressure knowledge on Udemy, an online learning and teaching marketplace, reaching out to international students coming from 136 countries.
Besides engaging in Professional Consultancy, Trading, Treatment and Training services, Clement Ng is the Committee Member (Expert) for ISO/TC 249 (TCM) and Executive Council Member for the Specialty Committee for Medicated Diet and Dietotherapy. He was the former vice President of the Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, former Council Member of Singapore Chinese Physicians’ Association, and the founding Committee member of the Continuous Education Committee for Singapore TCM Practitioner’s Board.

他设计并教导获新加坡“SkillsFuture”培训框架批准以双语（中英文）授课的中医药与养生保健课程和工作坊。他同时在Udemy (一个网上在线学习和教学平台) 上为来自来自136个国家的不同国际学生分享中医药和穴位疗法知识。
除了提供专业质询、贸易、治疗与培训服务，他同时担任国际标准化组织中医药技术委员会（ISO/TC 249）专家委员及世中联药膳食疗研究专业委员常务理事。曾担任新加坡中医学院副院长，新加坡中医师公会理事，新加坡中医管理委员会继续教育委员会委员。
