Soul Rectification (Tikkun): Your Life's Deeper Purpose

According to Kabbalah, one of the main reasons for coming into incarnation is to correct issues that have not yet been transformed.

Is it because we are corrupted? Not necessarily...

Different religions try to convince us that as humans, living in human bodies, we have built-in faults, that we were born-in-sin, that we go wrong because we submit to the body's demands, to the emotions and thoughts.

That we are primarily driven by the urges and desires of our ego.

The intensity of desire that is rooted in man governs the size of his vessels:

This is what determines how much light he can draw to himself.

In many cases, we come to this world in order to rectify issues that remained unresolved from previous incarnations. To correct our karma.

The more religious the approach, the more it emphasizes that in every incarnation a person sins and stumbles, and accumulates negative debts, which he will have to correct during his life-time.

Most of these sins refer to violations of religious laws.

In addition, a person comes here to complete all the 613 commandments that he had not yet fulfilled...

The reason for creating the worlds was, that the Creator wanted perfect all his actions, pronouns and powers.

To implement them in what it intended to create.

If its powers and names remained only as unfulfilled potential - and were not brought to realization, the creator could not be considered an eternal and mighty entity.

The Creator's wholeness would not have existed if he had not created anything with his infinite power.

It could not be called Lord or King if He had no Creatures to rule.

Creation (or the Universe) summons many earthly dramas (or - life events) to a person that involve hardship and challenge.

These can be losses, separations, failures, disputes, health issues, financial difficulties and anything that shatters a person.

All the traumas, hardship, failures, losses and hurts we have absorbed or inflicted on others,

grief we experienced in this life or past lives, are, in fact, the way that vessels were built into us.

Every hardship or crisis is an opportunity to a person to expand his vessels.

We can describe the system of the worlds as circles within circles.

The physical dimension was created within the world of manifestation עולם העשייה, where the Creator's light is in concealment.

Only a thin line of light reaches it to sustain it.

In the world of manifestation, it is almost impossible to feel the supreme light at its initial intensity.

The human being, whose soul has been carved in the world of formation, is a kind of microcosmos of all creation.

All his components are parallel to the structure of the spiritual worlds.

According to the Kabbalah, the initial creation was divided into 600,000 fragments.

Each fragment is a spark from the initial, primordial soul - the soul of Adam Kadmon.

Each spark consists of a soul in its own right, designated to rectify itself independently, by equalizing itself to the form of the Creator, and being filled with Divine light.

Every human has to go through this process consciously.
