Having gone through Menopause 3 years ago (2021), and the reinvention of myself after having my 27 year old Breast Implants removed just a few years earlier, I Understand how Emotional this time in life can be. Hi there! My name is Monika and I am a Mid Life Woman. A former Personal Trainer in the Movie Industry, I have an extensive background in Nutrition and Gut Health, and am passionate about helping Mid Life Women regain their Health, Confidence, Self Worth, Energy and Visibility so they can Thrive once again.
After going through the process of learning to love myself and my body after having my 27 year old Breast Implants removed, Mid Life was yet another transformation of self love I had to go through. Many Women feel that once they hit Menopause and the Weight Gain, Low Energy, Wrinkling Skin and feeling Old hits, that this is just a part of life. They lose their Confidence and often fall into Depression and Frustration.
As a Personal Trainer, I dug deep to understand WHY it was so hard to lose weight as our Hormones Changed, HOW we could combat that, reverse it, and even assist our body through Nutrition, Exercise and Supplementation. I also found little hacks to help our Aging Skin not Age so fast...and avoid the route of Plastic Surgery, Botox or Fillers.
Aging is a Natural Process, but a complicated and hard one. My Mission has always been to help Women love themselves through my Blog and Coaching, now at 55 years old, it is my new Mission and Passion to help the Mid Life Woman see herself as Beautiful, Valuable and Sexy once again.
A few little things about me! I am a complete Nature nut, I love spending my days hiking in the mountains, running in the forest, and writing my Blog. I have a silly comedic side to me which you may get a sense of in this course, and I truly believe that our mind is the most precious commodity we have. What we allow ourselves to consume, think and believe will produce the outcome of our lives...so it's critically important to be mindful of your thoughts in order to create the life and feelings you want.
