I am a certified SuccessFactors Employee Central Associate, with large global implementations completed as the lead build consultant, spanning multiple geographies, integrating with multiple ERP instances for on-prem payroll, integrating with 3rd party vendors (including for Recruitment).
Ensure the design of system supports business needs, current business processes, and future business requirements and changes.
Perform analysis and develop solutions that solve business problems and opportunities, while considering quarterly release features that have not yet been enabled, as well as imminent product releases and future product roadmaps. Examples include position management, concurrent employment, contingent workers, job profile builder, etc.
Use system knowledge and expertise to understand business processes, gaps and opportunities to convert that knowledge into effective implementation.
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the client’s configuration, including position management and role-based permissions.
Understand the client’s data model and recommended SuccessFactors best practices.
Serve as a team member in designing data conversions and systems configuration to ensure timely integration.
Partner with lead for role-based security and provide back-up to that resource.
Provide input and expertise to Test Lead to drive test script development, while ensuring test scripts are fully explanatory in order to be used as input to Training Material.
